Level 1 ASP

Level 1 Accredited Service Providers (ASP) are authorised to design electrical infrastructure connected to the electricity distribution network. This includes overhead and underground power design, network extensions, and upgrades, completed in compliance with local electricity authorities and Australian standards

Level 2 ASP – Connections & Metering

Level 2 Accredited Service Providers (ASP) carry out the construction and installation of electrical distribution assets. Services include underground cabling, overhead power lines, substations, and network upgrades, delivered in line with approved designs and utility requirements.

Level 3 Accredited Service Providers (ASP) are licensed to complete live electrical connections to the distribution network. This includes metering, energisation of new connections, and disconnections or reconnections, ensuring safe and compliant power supply.

Level 1 ASP work covers the design of overhead and underground power systems, Level 2 ASP involves the construction and installation of electrical network assets, and Level 3 ASP completes the final live connection and energisation.
