What is a Level 2 ASP electrician?

An Accredited Service Provider (ASP) Level 2 electrician is authorized to perform specialized contestable work on or near the electricity distribution network. This includes disconnecting/connecting service lines, installing smart meters, handling underground & overhead service lines, and working on live network connections which standard domestic electricians cannot legally perform.

Yes. As authorized Level 2 ASPs, we manage the entire connection application and compliance cycle. We directly handle the necessary technical submissions, notification of service works (NOSW), and alignment requirements with Essential Energy so your project meets all regulatory guidelines stress-free.

Absolutely. Installing solar and battery systems simultaneously is highly recommended. It allows us to optimize the system configuration to maximize your solar self-consumption, provide backup power security during outages, and save you on labor costs compared to adding a battery later.

No, we do not offer dry hire. Our specialized utility and civil equipment (including cranes, vacuum excavators, and elevated work platforms) is exclusively wet-hired. This means they are operated by our fully licensed, insured, and experienced staff to ensure optimal site safety and absolute technical precision.

We are based in Northern NSW and primarily cover the Northern Rivers region, including Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, Tweed Heads, and surrounding rural networks. For large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, our deployment teams can cover broader regional and interstate locations.
